Publishers International Linking Association, Inc. (doing business as “CrossRef”), is hosting this CrossRef Publisher Technology Forum (“CrossTech”) for its members and other participants on an invitation only basis, in order to provide a neutral forum where a wide range of publishers can post and discuss issues, link to relevant items on the Internet, make others aware of important industry developments and share and learn from each others’ experiences.
