I was going to do a short entry quoting from Benjamin Schwartz’s review of David Thompson’s Have you seen? : a personal introduction to 1,000 films in the November issue of the Atlantic.
I went looking for it a few days ago but there appeared to be a mistake: the photo and title were for the Thomson book, but the review was for another: Europe Between the Oceans by Barry Cunliffe, This was the feature review in the December issue.
I just went back now, and the error has not been corrected. I was very surprised. Such an error would stand in the print issue; but don’t we expect the web to be right up to date?
